The Clovis Meat Market

High-quality ingredients. I really enjoy the variety of marinated meats they offer. I make sure to visit at least twice a month for convenient meal preparation.

I ordered a Pastrami sandwich for myself and a Philly Cheese Steak for my wife. I'm a big fan of a good Pastrami sandwich, but this one fell short. It was piled high with meat, yet I could barely finish half of it because the meat was tough and rubbery. I had higher expectations from The Meat Market. Honestly, I'd prefer a Pastrami sandwich from Triangle Burger any day! My wife's sandwich was not much better either. Overall, I'm really disappointed.

The steaks are fantastic! Everything in this restaurant is designed for quick and easy access, and all the staff provide excellent customer service.

I visited the restaurant at 6:30 on Wednesday, just 30 minutes before closing time, and ordered a cut of tri-tip. Once I got home, I discovered that it was the driest and most overcooked meat I've ever had. I was very disappointed. If you're going to sell something that resembles leather so close to closing, there should at least be a discount and a clear notice about it.

The customer service was completely lacking. There was no greeting, no thank you, and no recognition of my arrival; the staff was busy chatting in a huddle by the register.
