Pita Pit - Clive

Despite the pressure and some customers looking less than happy, Pam showcased exceptional customer service. She took the time to apologize for the wait and thanked everyone for their patience and for choosing her restaurant. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to PAM for the fantastic job she did last night. Having managed fast food restaurants myself, I know how challenging it can be to operate with minimal staff and resources. Pam remained positive and handled everything with great efficiency. She even took the time to answer my questions about my pita order without skipping a beat.

I really enjoy this restaurant. It has a unique concept that you won’t find anywhere else. They offer a variety of meat options similar to what you’d find at a sandwich shop, but the meat is grilled hot and served in a thin pita, rolled up like a burrito. You also have the option to choose from a selection of cold toppings, much like a Subway experience, along with various sauces. Just be prepared to wait a bit, as the food takes some time to prepare. It’s definitely not your typical fast food wait; in fact, I've noticed that it tends to take longer, especially during peak hours in the fast casual dining scene.

The pitas here are good, the prices are great, and there are several healthy options that taste really delicious. I ordered a group of 3 pitas for around $11. However, I must say that these pitas aren’t quite as good as I remember them being a decade ago.

I love this place. I have a couple of different pitas that I'm taking off, and they remember the veggies that I put on the grill and a jump for each one. The food always tastes good.

This location was so understanding. We had an accident spilling our pitas out and ruining them. The assistant manager was sweet and replaced them. It was a quality experience and they were very thoughtful.
