Tony's Pronto Pizza - Clifton

I've never written a review before, but my experience here was so remarkable that I felt compelled to share it. I walked in to order a large pizza and garlic knots, and they were ready in less than 20 minutes. The new owner was incredibly kind and expressed his gratitude for my business. He even handed me some coupons on my way out and encouraged me to let him know how everything was. The pizza was extra cheesy, which I loved. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning!

Tony's Pronto Pizza offers the best pizza and the most delicious cold and hot sandwiches in what is likely the entire tri-state area. I wish my mom were still here to enjoy Tony's pizza; it's exactly what she always craved. Ironically, I discovered Tony's on the day my mom passed away and went to be with the Lord. Since that day, I have made it a point to order from Tony's, even going out of my way to choose it over more convenient options.

Earlier in the day, I decided to get my first Jersey pie after my fiancé mentioned that they had some good ones nearby. Everything online indicated that they were open, and their neon sign confirmed it. Even the flip sign in the window displayed "open." However, when I arrived, the door was locked, the lights were off, and no one was answering the phone. Looks like I’ll have to find another place. It would be helpful if they had their hours posted on the door or window; I’ll have to try again another time.

I had a slice of pizza here with my parents, and it was absolutely delicious! We tend to be quite particular about our food—I'd say we're a bit of food snobs, to be honest! My mom ordered the chicken parmesan with ziti, and it was outstanding. The portions were generous, the sauce was fantastic, and the chicken was perfectly cooked all the way through. I also had a personal-sized pizza topped with peppers and onions. My dad enjoyed the whole thing! The peppers were of excellent quality, featuring various shades of ripeness—green, yellow, orange, and red. Truly impressive! Thank you for providing such a wonderful dining experience; this is how business should be done!

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for some time now, and the pizza is consistently excellent. On one occasion, they sent me the wrong pizza due to a small error on Grubhub's part, but they quickly sent me the correct one without any hassle. Overall, great food and fantastic service!
