Smashburger - CLIFTON PARK

Good burgers and frits as always, although, variation in portion sizes per person for some reason. Ordered a regular size pommes and so went the person I went with, but the amount of pommes was significantly different between the trays. Place could be cleaner, but everywhere, a firm hold for food.

The salad had a lot to him, but there was at least half a cup of wild, slender green. The service was nice, but only Ranch was offered for the salad. When I asked if there were other options, I was told about the spices you would put on a hamburger. The place was clean and the burger was the Brisketburger.

I?ll give this place because the food was good and it was hot and fresh, the girl at the counter (training) autumn was her name was great! Where you should have a star was the way your trainees were treated. This poor girl on the counter looked like a deer in the headlights, due to the rude and overwhelming kitchen staff, they should make a grip your food do not solve world problems! These girls can probably have a job somewhere and they chose to work in your institution. Words about the wise treat them better or you will probably stay short employees!

While we love the haystack rings and the Brussel shoots, they've screwed up our Burger orders for the last three times. Not sure they have problems with the staff, but after seeing the confusion and lack of attention on the detail, I'm done. Many other decisions.

Very very disappointing. Went on Sunday 6:30 pm. They were closing at 7:00 due to short staffing. Took a long time to receive my simple order. Staff appeared flustered. Ran out of curly onions for my BBQ burger. Furthermore, the quality of both my burger and that of my wife was not even close to what we have come to expect .
