Rollin' Smoke Handcrafted Bbq

Was recommended to come here by my Mitsubishi Dealer as I got my car serviced. Boy am I glad they did! Rollin' Smoke's food is PHENOMENAL! (Had the Lonestar Wrap with their delicious fries. Tried all their sauces, too, and they're seriously all delicious. Service with a smile, too! Now, I have two reasons to come up to this area. ??

Hands down the best BBQ joint in the capital district!! We found them when searching for food options for our wedding. Rob and Amy were so welcoming when we first asked to try food. We chose them for our wedding and they did not disappoint. Our family is full of foodies along with that of course being the bride I had a few asks about things that Rob wasn’t sure if they could pull off. When it came to the day of the wedding Rob and his staff pulled everything off even those extra details he wasn’t so sure of at first. Everything was perfect not one person walked away hungry or disappointed!! Absolutely try them and if your thinking of catering a wedding or event do it!! They are amazing and there staff are friendly and work like a tight knit family!! We have since become friends because that’s how easy going they are!! Love them hands down!!

Don’t get all excited about this place. The ribs may look good but they are chewy and they don’t fall off the bone. The staff can’t even put a simple order together without forgetting items. Extremely rude staff and you can tell they don’t want to be there. There are so many other places to eat in the area I would never both going here again. The food is way overpriced. It’s a huge disappointment and not good at all. Save your money and eat elsewhere. For $50 you get barley any food and will still be hungry. I do not recommend at all. It was gross and dirty feeling inside also. This place seems it will be just a pop up restaurant and close down once everyone realizes how terrible it really is.

We used Rollin Smoke to cater our son’s graduation party in June, the food is amazing! We had burgers, hot dogs, chicken, sausage, Mac and cheese and baked beans. I would definitely use them again for catering and would make the drive over to their restaurant for the baked beans alone! The staff was attentive, the food was plentiful, and they helped to make this milestone event extra special!

The food is pretty good aside from the Mac and cheese which I'm sure isn't the same every batch, but the one they were serving up today was bad dude. There wasn't much of a smokey flavor and it was very acidic, after a few forkfuls I stoped eating it because it reminded me of vomit. I'm sure that isn't always the case it's probably just a bad batch but I wouldn't risk getting it again.
