Modu Sushi - CLIFTON PARK

At some point I had the best roasted chicken!!! Favourite aromas are hot spicy teriyaki. More on the expensive side, but you won't regret it. Everything here is extremely high-quality, including sushi. Don't wait, just try it!!!

This beautiful, quiet, and well-thought out restaurant is deceiving at first glance from the street. Located in a small strip, you?re not sure what to expect upon arriving. However, after you place your order and sip some sake, you are immersed into a lovely, meticulous, formal-inspired meal that will leave you smiling and full to the tippy top. The servers are kind, and you catch glimpses of the fully stocked and bustling kitchen from the swinging doors creating a barrier between the worlds. This is our new go-to traditional Japanese place. Everything here is so good, everything you order is delicious. Family owned and operated, warm, welcoming vibes and the best Korean roasted chicken (2x roasted, sat in a delicious sauce) I had ever. You this place if you have a chance to go or take!

Literally the best sushi spot - not only in the Clifton Park, but in the 1-hour radius - the only sushi better than this place was down in NYC. The restaurant is SPOTLESS. One of the cleanest places you'll ever go to. Nothing is sticky or has a strange smell. Friendly and efficient staff. They are very communicative when there are any delays and super apologetic, though a smaller thing occurs. The food is all fresh and high quality and makes the price incredibly fair. Just be mindful that if you decide in and leave food waste, they could call it out. But that's just because the owner and the staff are the respectful food they serve. Somewhere else for sushi. That's as good as it will.
