Thai Inlay - Cleveland

We decided to try the Thai Inlay, as it was close to our accommodation, and looked pleasant enough to draw us in. While the setting is quite good - the decor and views of the canal were attractive - the service was slow and poor. Our waitress got our meals mixed up, and when they arrived (after a lengthy wait while take-aways were dealt with) they were not only incorrect but half-cold as well. (My wife had hers re-heated in their microwave!) The meals were reasonable, but not great. The wine list was limited and had large mark-ups on average wines. A disappointing experience, and one we're unlikely to repeat.

The food was fantastic, the staff were very good, the view over Raby Bay Mariner was great and the ambiance was very tranquil.

We regularly order from Thai Inlay and get it delivered. Never had a drama with them, and is one of the better Thai dishes that we have had. Definitely recommend em!

We came here for a relaxing dinner, the restaurant is located in Raby bay Harbour so the views are nice, however the service was on the slower side. They forgot to bring my drinks so I had to go and remind them twice....then I had to open my beer bottle...,very odd. The food quality is good though, so that made up for the low service, I doubt we will go back.

The staff were very friendly; helpful and efficient. The food was amazing-generous serves and delicious. Plus, i believe, Thai Inlay is competitively priced. With much thanks to all concerned.
