Wendy's - Clermont

This Wendy's location does not follow CDC guidelines. I noticed many staff members wearing their masks improperly, with them hanging below their noses, and the managers weren't wearing masks at all. When I asked the drive-thru attendant, who was supposedly wearing a mask, about this, she rudely turned her back and replied with "I don't know" while having a dismissive attitude. Her name was Azaria. This is the second time I've visited this Wendy's and experienced the same rude, unprofessional customer service.

I had the worst dining experience at this restaurant. I ordered crispy chicken, and the chicken patty had a terrible odor. To make matters worse, the sandwich had a strange, bitter taste that made me feel nauseous. Thankfully, I managed not to throw up. Additionally, the sandwich was overloaded with salad, which ended up spilling out everywhere. It seemed like they didn’t care about their customers’ experience, especially considering the money we spend. Even though I was starving, I couldn't bring myself to eat it. I've never encountered such a bad sandwich in my life. The sandwich cost $1.49, but I paid $2 and asked for two quarters in change. The staff member said she only had one quarter to give me back.

The experience wasn't very impressive. If you request her to prepare the fresh ingredients you buy, that might be your best bet. However, the entrance and parking arrangement, along with the drive-thru, leave much to be desired. If you order fresh items, they seem to manage well enough. It's fast food, so while I can expect it to be fresh, I won’t be expecting anything extraordinary.

Be careful! Terrible customer service! Do not eat at Wendy?s 850 E Hwy 50 Clermont, Florida 34711 give you old expired breakfast! That's a fact! I specifically asked for fresh food that I would not have been to give them fresh green money! Anyway, both sandwiches I bought were old. Bread was hard! Bacon was burned, black and old! I talked to the manager who's called George, and he assured me that all Wendy's food is fresh! He lied! I guess every definition of fresh is different! I'll never stop this Wendy again! There are no signs posted yet it is on the entrance, but George said no refund! Not in his place! He does not offer refund! Basically you pay first, then you get your old food and it is your to keep! You like it or not! Cook your own food at home or go somewhere else!

Chicken nuggets were hot and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Be sure to get a jr frosty tag for all of 2020 and 2021. Great deal!
