Fancy Sushi - Clermont

The calamari was overcooked to the point where it was difficult to chew. The Kani salad was quite greasy and consisted solely of imitation crab meat with some sauce—nothing more. The only distinction between the two sushi orders was that one had hot sauce drizzled on top while the other did not.

The sushi here is fantastic and reasonably priced. We visit regularly. The O-Toro is excellent, with big, generous pieces. I also tried the Uni, but it didn't quite meet the same high standard.

I absolutely love the sushi here! It’s definitely the best in the area since I moved. I'm thrilled to have discovered the best crab Rangoon and gyozas/pot stickers. The atmosphere is charming, and the location is fantastic!

I'm always pleased with the quality of the food here. I ordered the maki combo, which included a California roll, a spicy crunchy tuna roll, and an avocado roll. It also came with a salad and soup. As always, the salad was fresh and never wilted. Thank you!
