Nice to give this review, the visit was not a good, no salt for your food, no one they said they had run out. Then close shop until you some, for customers who enjoy seasonal chicken, plus chicken too big this chicken breast I order was the size of a prehistoric creature with remembering no salt. I couldn't eat it no taste too big and plus no salt. I'm just gonna freeze chickens at home as my people come. Peace for all of you.

The lady in the register hardly spoke to us. She seemed disturbed by waiting for us. Our chicken was over boiled and extremely dry. It was so overcooked that it was difficult to chew. I didn't want to take it back because of the lady's attitude in the register. I'm not going back.

I went to drive thru tonight and will not be returning to this location. The guy at the window was not wearing a mask and neither was one other worker, however the guy that fixed the order was masked up. I inquired to the gentleman who took my money if they were required to wear mask and he said No rudely and closed his window. Now I know Forsyth has mandated mask about 3 weeks ago because of the increase in COVID numbers and for him to be preparing drinks and taking money just seems inappropriate and dangerous not too. Not to mention my food my disgusting and I didn't get what I ordered. I'm just not returning ?. It's unsanitary to serve in a restaurant without a mask at a time like this and to serve unfresh food is even worse.

Neither Customer service nor common sense are available at this restaurants location. Ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and asked if I could get a little KFC slaw on it. Was asked if I wanted a large or small side order of slaw on the side, told her neither just a spoonful on the sandwich. I was informed that she was not allowed to put anything other than mayo and pickles on it. I asked her for the sandwich with no pickles on it then and was told it came with pickles and she couldn't take them off, so I asked for chicken sandwich with just mayo and was told again if I wanted a chicken sandwich it came with mayo and pickles NO Substitutions. Went to Burger King and got my chicken sandwich with no pickles No Problem.
