Kfc - Clemmons

The woman at the register barely acknowledged us and seemed irritated by our presence. The chicken we ordered was overcooked and incredibly dry—so tough that it was hard to chew. I didn't feel comfortable returning it due to the woman's demeanor. I won't be returning to this place.

This restaurant is by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. The doors were already locked before 9 PM. The drive-thru service was a joke. The food quality was terrible, and the staff was rude; they also got my order wrong. I had to ask multiple times where my drinks and straws were. While waiting, I could hear the staff arguing loudly. Based on my experience, I would rate this as the worst restaurant in Winston-Salem. I couldn’t eat my food because it was poorly prepared and ultimately had to throw it away. The only redeeming factor was the iced tea, which was good. I definitely do not recommend this place or its staff. I would give it a -5 star rating.

I had lunch at KFC with my mom today, and we both loved our meal. She ordered a chicken meal that came with coleslaw and a biscuit, while I chose the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Everything was delicious! I'm also grateful for the excellent service at the counter and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Thank you!

Excellent prices and delicious food made for a perfect quick lunch date with my adorable husband. I have a feeling we’ll be returning again soon! And by the way, the Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning, which is exclusive to KFC? It’s definitely worth the trip for a big cup of that!

I really love the original chicken! However, I found the spicy wings to be just okay.
