Dunkin' - Clearfield

Always makes my food and tea amazing but this time it was too buttery but I did order 5 croissants though so...

The blonde who gave us our order was very rude and had an attitude. When we told her our order wasn't right and asked her to please fix it by putting the extra flavoring in we asked for she said no we can't I would need to dump that one out and make youa new one and you would have to pay for another coffee. I said that's ridiculous we have never had that before she said wellthis is a different franchise and rolled her eyes. Completely rude!!! I already paid for what I asked for and should havegotten it but the service was refused without paying again.

The coffee is alright, sometimes they mess up and don't put the caramel in the caramel macchiato but eh, it's a customer service job, we've all been there. All of the employees seem super friendly, however the manager doesn't seem to care about thecustomers feelings, nor the employees. He will yell at them right in front of everyone, I can't even imagine how humiliatingthat must be. Honestly I'm not sure how this place still has workers, my patience couldn't deal with that.

The best Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to! The workers create such a friendly and great environment. Would definitely recommend stopping at Clearfield Dunkin on your way through!

Perfectly made cold brew with French vanilla and 4 liquid sugars. Have been to this location a few times on road trips and they have not messed up once. Great job staff keep up the good work
