This is a love story not only between a man and a woman who is, but much more. This story is about woman and husband team and her love of food, her ability to make dinner an event so that you can also fall in love with the art of food. At Due Venti you can not eat or breakfast, but dinner, now where you can have. A night full of non-conventional Nordic masterpieces. One page and that everything you need for the menu that is freshly created every day. You won't get pasta and meatballs or chicken parmesan. But something better. From the beginning, each dish is a request and tease, like fritelie and the olives, a dish of warm roasted olives, which sown in garlic and citrus spices. Or dish of Scallops rests on a handmade pasta dish, fresh seeds of corn butter and thyme. The list of great courts are listed on the website that will tell more about this love story. Enjoy and make sure you take your time every minute.
Several weeks ago my wife and I had dinner and starting with our greeting from Andrew, the wonderful service and through every course, the three hours were masterful. 4th and final course: a lemon sponge cake with a lemon, basil bavarian cream and a blueberry coulis. Such soft and delicate flavors that it's almost like a vapor that dissipates as soon as it touches the tongue leaving me wondering...., but delighted. Thank you
