Domino's Pizza - Clarksville

Terrible customer service. The new operations director doesn't even seem to understand the menus, coupon codes, or the prices. They entered the wrong coupon code, and he failed to provide me with the free redemption code from the coupon. I will never return to Domino's again. While he may be new, he should have received proper training on all aspects of the job before starting.

The tracker is nice, but my last three orders have been delivered an hour or more after they came out of the oven. When I called the store, the only response I received was, “we're short on drivers.” While that might be true, I wouldn’t mind picking up my order if that’s the situation.

My order took 25 minutes longer than the Dominos tracker indicated, stating it was complete. When I arrived at the store, they informed me that my pizza was still in the oven. However, I doubt that my order was actually being cooked since the tracker showed it as complete.

I hope the pizza is good because I just literally had to wait 50 min past when my pizza was ready. They had to remake my order bc they just made the pizza incorrectly. it?s extremely frustrating knowing I placed my order. Waited the appropriate amount oftime before I left to pick it up. For me to have to wait 50 minutes?.50 ! With a sleeping kid in the car. Which is why I didcar side delivery in the first place. And when I got my correct pizza there was nothing else offered. Not even really an ?I?msorry?, nothing. We could have gone out to eat if we wanted to wait that long. Super frustrating

I normally enjoying getting pizza from here but only if I pick it up. Every single time without a doubt when I order delivery my order is wrong or I get someone else's delivery order. Today my delivery order was not only past the estimated time but alsowrong. One pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and sausage, then the other half just cheese. It showed up with halfpepperoni on one side, with half sausage on the other side but with no cheese. Like the half the pizza that had the sausage hadno cheese. And I ordered bread twists and there where only 7 in the box..... literally every single time I order delivery somehow
