Arby's - Clarksville

Went on a Thursday night. They busy but the food was hot and fresh and the employees were friendly and fast

The drive thru messed up my order. A woman at the window asked me for the messed up sandwich back after they replaced it. I asked what they was going to do with the messed up sandwich. The woman said they was going to resell the messed up sandwich to another customer; after I had touched the sandwich. I won’t be back to this Arby’s.

I had to wait what felt like 3 hours for my food. I had to pee really bad but i couldn’t leave because i needed my yummy food. The food wasn’t even that good. My dog makes better food. My dog EATS better food. They were so slow and poorly managed. I honestly never want to come back here in my entire life. They need WAY WAY WAY BETTER SERVICE. I don’t recommend this place. It genuinely makes me so mad. -10000000/10. This place should shut down its so bad….

Tried the Wagyu burger. It was tasty but it needs to have a real leaf of lettuce. The shredded lettuce just fell off and had me wondering why they cheaped out on a main ingredient.

Tried to dine in, service was non existing, staff ignored us even after I asked if somebody was going to take our order. We walked out.
