Fishaways - Clarkstown

Bad service. I called and ordered for a REASON, and was told that my order will be ready for collection after 10- 15 minutes. I arrived there after 15min just so incase I'm early, but I still waited for another 20 min. When I arrived that's when they started preparing my order. I honestly don't know wat is the use for their online and telephone ordering service. It's useless if I still have to wait another 20min to get my order after placing an order for COLLECTION

For twice I ordered telephonically only to find that my order didn't go through. 1st time the delivery guy noticed before bringing my order from steers after 45 minutes of waiting that the other wasn't included. Today I had to collect the order due to ordering late only to find out when I reach home that my order wasn't correct and the store was closed already. I didn't touch the food as yet this time I really intend returning them cause I'm really tired of the poor service I always get. I payed for it an upsize e meal only to be given a regular meal. I'm disappointed and really feel that we are really been taken for a ride. I don't recall getting good service from the store. I'm certain after today I don't intend on using thier service.

Debonairs, I’ve been having bad experience with you for a long time and I can’t keep it to myself, at garankuwa you are always offline or when u do take out order we can go nou collect n not delivery, some instances you don’t even have our order and when we get to the shop we have to start the whole process, honestly you guys are not taking us seriously I am feel up. I will lay a complain soon

I placed an order yesterday at around 17:30 at fishaways Ga-Rankuwa. Well I was told that my order would be delivered in an hours time.. I am still waiting even now‍.. I realized an hour later that I wasnt even sent a confirmation text.. meaning my order was not even processed.. how could you honestly do that to customers?! Its honestly very disappointing

I ordered from fish aways Ga rankuwa at 2pm and it's 7pm I'm still waiting for my food . Their service is horrible wow.
