I placed an order telephonically, spoke to a very nice lady and very professional however, after an hour I went to collect my order and guess what, no one knew where my order was, it’s load shedding, just got back from work and I’m tired, this just added on my frustration, so I left without saying a word. It has been over 1 hour and I called 3 times , they have been saying they will fix it now It's about 2 hours now Service: 1
