Tim Hortons - Clarence-Rockland

I ordered a coffee at Tims, and once I was finishing drinking the coffee, I noticed that there was a receipt in the bottom of the cup. I found it pretty disgusting to see that. I don’t understand why they can’t look inside of the cup without checking the cup prior pouring liquid in the cup.

I wish I could give them 0 stars if there is a option for that we come here at 9.30 pm and i can see someone working inside we stay at the speaker for 5 minutes but no one reply even we come to the order pickup window that clearly see that there is a car but just keep ignoring us really bad service

Hi Very bad staff I come at store 9 pm and there is one person inside I said hello hello But he doesn’t even reply me And store time i see on google is till 11 pm

As drive thru beside hwy, it is way too slow as expected; more then 10 min to order a tea, while only 1 car in front
