Subway - Clarence-Rockland

Walked into this store a while ago and saw the manager there and was appalled by what I saw. She was grabbing the shredded cheese with no gloves and didn't wash her hands and proceeded put it on the bread. This is absolutely disgusting coming from a customer because who knows what germs are now in the shredded cheese. God knows what else she touches with out gloves from seeing that. I tell ya, nothing has changed in that store. Went Monday to buy a sub and those poor students having to deal with a unprofessional manager. Manager is female whom gave the team such attitude when they asked for help with toppings as they were swamped with customers lined up. Who as an adult rolls their eyes and tells them to get it themselves in front of customers. Your previous manager female as well disrespected the employees as well in front of customers, these are just kids working! They choose to do so, they don't have to! Most of these kids save money and go off to university to not end up making peanuts managing a subway! God forbid we should encourage them. This is not my first sighting of this manager disrespecting those kids! Do better subway with manager selection and you would have shortage of foods or tension atmospheres. Of course as a customer from years now we all know nothing will change and the employees will probably get in trouble for the managers actions. Absolutely unacceptable. Totally not a team. Could you please ensure that your bread is baked for a longer duration? The toaster isn't sufficient; the bread I had was paler than the mayonnaise. Bread should turn brown when baked, not remain pale and become soggy as soon as you put anything on it. Last time I checked, the Subway website advertised nicely toasted brown loaves.

I order online. I get a company to pick it up. Even order I've done has always wrong. Missing items getting orders wrong..
