She found it to be very flavorful. I opted for the Tom Kha, a spicy coconut soup with lemongrass and Thai herbs, with prawns. For our main dishes, my wife chose a spicy chicken with basil, while I went for the sizzling noodle stir-fry with chicken in a spicy sauce with peppers and onion. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Thai cuisine at Chapman's in Donegal. This hidden gem has now been discovered.
During our stay at the Central Hotel, we decided to take a break from fish and chips and try out Thai Fusion. We ordered Tom Yum Goong, Noodles with Prawns, and Spicy Chicken with Basil. While the dishes were a bit spicier than I prefer, it was a nice change from the usual fare.
