Waba Grill - Claremont

Had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The food was delicious and healthy. Sophia, the staff member, was fantastic. Overall, I'd rate it 5 out of 5 for the food. Date of visit: June 8, 2023.

The atmosphere was serene and the food was excellent. I truly enjoyed my meal. A big thank you to Gabby for providing outstanding customer service. Food rating: 5/5.

Sophia was the cashier who helped me out. She was very helpful and greeted me once I walked in.

Beware of this store! The manager Imelda is not a manager. There was an issue with an online order not being received. The manager claimed the issue was on my part, claiming I selected the wrong store or a different date. Upon reading verbatim what the app showed she continued to blame me and refuse to make the food. In addition to that there is no way to recover the money I have been charged or the reward I used as well. This store has consistently gone downhill over the past year and a half. I will no longer be coming to this store and I highly recommend you choose an alternate WaBa in the area. If I was the strip mall owner I would push this mid-managed and unethical business out before it affects the rest of the tenants.

The food was terrible. The meat tasted old. I took one bite and threw the bowl away. It was horrible!
