Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

We should have known when the Coke dispenser looked like he hadn't been cleaned in a month or if we had to wipe our own table or why there were only 4 other people eating at night on Saturday at 18 o'clock. but we really found out how bad it was when our food was ready. I had the house zalad with grilled chicken. that was so dry that you chopped on it. my man had the hot wings that tasted more like little chicken fingers. we have not eaten our meal and left hungry. we had to put our left meal and drinks on the mud can, because it was already overrun! what a waste of time and money!

I placed an app order for my lunch today due to the fact that the line at the drive thru ALWAYS takes forever. I ordered a GRILLED Cobb salad with no bacon, no fried onions and no tomatoes. Everything I did NOT want wasn’t on my salad, which was great! However, when I got back to work and opened my bag there was NO CHICKEN on a GRILLED CHICKEN salad… I called the restaurant and the girl that answered said “Hey” like she was answering her personal cellphone for one, for two when I told her what my issue was her response was “Yeah… you can just bring it back in so we can fix it or we can refund you”. Her offer to bring it back to have it fixed or refund me was not a problem, other than the fact that I only had 15 minutes until I had to clock back in, so that meant no lunch today. My issue was the fact that she said “Yeah” when I told her what happened like she already knew what they did, which kind of made me feel like it was done purposely considering that I had them not put everything on it… She then proceeded to tell me that she would be there from 8-4 tomorrow so I could bring it back then, and I informed her that I work until 4:30, so I would just like a refund considering I paid $10 for a salad I wasn’t even going to eat. She then tells me that since I placed it online that I would have to request a refund from the receipt that was emailed to me… if that’s the case, why even offer me a refund in the first place?!

They are always out of something I order or they always forget something. Don't bother ordering online cause they will blow your phone up if they don't have something even after you call them back and tell them you will be there in a minute to decide if you want something else or not. There was no ice last time I went and one time I ordered online I selected the option to decide at store for my drink and when I got there they didn't have my order ready because it said I will decide at store...for my drink. But since I like Zaxbys I will probably be back but gonna order in store and hope to God they get it right.

Put the right amount of sauce on the Kickin Chicken Sandwich please. You can barely see the sauce let alone taste it. It should be running over the side.

Well tried zaxbys today and ordered grilled chicken sandwich combo the sandwich had a piece of lettuce a half a portion of chicken 1 piece of tomatoes and mayo alot like some piled it on all plastered over the fries also my lunch was messed up and to top it off I got 22oz of ice two pulls on the straw that was the end of my coke I'm done with this establishment in clanton al. ? sad never again you all have a great freaken day!!!
