Captain D's - Clanton

I went to Captain D"s and food was not worth eating shrimp was overcooked and taste like rubber and poppers had no cheese in them it was a waste of time and money...

The food was horrible. The restaurant was filthy. My husband walked in the rest room and turned around and walked out. He said it was disgusting. We will NEVER go back.

We ordered thru the drive-thru. Once we pulled up to the window to pay, no one came to the window for over 5 minutes, once the girl came and took our payment, she immediately shut the window and never came back for over 40 minutes. The inside doors were locked. When we finally got our food, it was so cold and the fries tasted very old and stale. She gave us the wrong drink and No condiments and shut the window so fast and walked off. Horrible customer service doesn't even begin to describe this place. I do not at all recommend this place to ANYONE! Will not ever go back.

Just spent 30 bucks on two meals coleslaw was sour!, rice was hard as a rock cooked yesterday not today awful food!!

I spent over 60 bucks on three meals with drinks and desert...ordered 2 four piece fish dinners with slaw n loaded baked potatoes and a four piece chicken dinner with loaded baked potato and slaw... to go...no butter no sour cream only two napkins and i waited 35 mins...to get cold baked potatoes warm cole slaw n semi warm fish and chicken. I am very dissapointed with the service and quality of food i got.
