Pineapple Jack's - City of Rochester

This is a nice spot if you enjoy smoking at the bar, including cigars. The food is good, but just a heads up—the menu has a disclaimer at the top indicating that prices are subject to change, so be prepared for prices that are higher than what’s listed. The items I ordered were about 20% more than the current menu prices. They do offer some domestic draft beers for $3. For those with dietary restrictions, they have a hearty meatball marinara dish that's suitable for a low-carb or keto meal.

I placed an order through Grubhub and wasn't sure how to leave a review there, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I ordered wings and fries, and I have to say, the wings were the best I’ve had in years. They were perfectly cooked and absolutely amazing. I’ve tried food from various places, but these wings are truly top-notch compared to other restaurants in the area. I highly recommend them!

I’m truly baffled by this place. The bartenders and waitstaff are amazing, and the food quality is delicious. I went in for a cheeseburger and a few drinks, but after a couple of drinks, a lone security guard told me to leave because I was "talking to people I don't know." I'm not sure what planet he's from, but that's typical behavior in a bar. I suspect the complaint came from a 50-year-old who seemed uncomfortable when I tried to engage him in conversation. When he asked me to leave, I complied. It’s hard to understand how someone can be so overly sensitive that they feel the need to call security just because someone is making an effort to talk to them. It’s quite sad. I say this as a young man with health issues and mild agoraphobia, and I always try to be courteous to those around me when I’m out in public.

Great food, Great customer service... basic bar atmosphere nothing to write home about... drinks are strong and worth

Nice to have discovered this place. The atmosphere is nice. The Bacon Cheeseburger was very tasty, as were the fries!!! ?
