Gregorys Coffee 880 3rd Avenue

This restaurant is chaotic, and I encounter problems about half the time I visit. They consistently seem overwhelmed and lack effective systems. Additionally, the prices are quite steep.

Stopped in for an afternoon snack. Ordered a medium coffee and cranberry walnut scone. Wow! The scone was the best I've ever eaten. Highly recommend it!

The staff were unfriendly and did not provide good customer service. I won't be returning.

I had a terrible experience at this cafe! On September 8, around 2:00 PM, I ordered a Matcha Lemonade. One of the baristas started preparing the lemonade and poured half of it into a cup, then handed it to another barista. When he steamed the matcha and poured it into the same cup, he filled the rest with milk and handed it to me, claiming it was iced matcha. I pointed out that I had ordered Matcha Lemonade, but he insisted it was lemonade, despite the white color in the cup from the milk. I noticed he had added oat milk, yet he still called it lemonade. Another barista came out and confirmed it was lemonade. This was my first and last visit to this cafe, and I will not be returning or recommending it to my friends. The drink was awful.

This place is very nice not too crowded the staff is extremely pleasant helpful polite it's clean recommended. It's a nice alternative to Starbucks which is across the street. The bathroom is always clean and smells of vanilla.
