Da Toscano - City of New York

This place is a treasure honestly. Better than all the hyped restaurants combined. Everything was so delicious. This place is very unassuming. We came with a larger group and basically tried to order the whole menu. Must gets: orechiette, linguine, pb&jbomboloni, oysters. Honestly you probably can?t go wrong with anything on the menu, we generally liked everything we ordered.We tried all their desserts as well. Recommend the olive oil cake.

I visited this restaurant 10 months ago on a different trip and loved it so much that we decided to return for another amazing meal. Jenna provided an exceptional experience and made our time at the restaurant incredibly enjoyable. The wine list is extensive, and the food is exceptional—definitely try the bolognese focaccia! Thank you, Da Toscano, for another fantastic Italian meal in NYC. We can't wait to come back on our next trip!

Don't overlook this hidden gem! The food is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly, especially at the bar. Be sure to try the focaccia with taleggio butter and the pappardelle with duck ragu—both dishes are amazing!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The Lebanese red wine was rich and flavorful—it was my first time trying it, and it didn’t disappoint. To start, I enjoyed the grilled oyster in crab fat, which was absolutely divine. For my main course, I had the duck ragu pappardelle topped with shaved foie gras. For dessert, I went with cheesecake since my boyfriend isn't a fan of panna cotta's texture, but I have a feeling I would have preferred the panna cotta. The service here was outstanding, with attentive staff and the owner being particularly involved. The atmosphere was very cozy. I will definitely be back!

The food truly stole the show during our evening, just as it should in an authentic Italian dining experience. Each dish was perfectly balanced, and I'll let the photos speak for themselves. I do wish they had Lambrusco, but even without it, the dinner was absolutely worth it. Thank you!
