The meal was decent, but there was a lot more bread than meat, and the sauce had an odd flavor. However, it was reasonable for the price.

I dislike that they occasionally use American cheese and sometimes run out of steak-cut fries. However, their burgers are a generous size, and they're one of the few places nearby that serve steak-cut fries. Just a heads up, though—don't order their wings.

Occasionally, they run out of steak fries and substitute them with crinkle-cut fries, but I can deal with that (lol). The cream cheese bagels could use some improvement; it seems like they weren't toasted or buttered at all.

Watermelon wasnt fresh. While I paid $5 /watermelon, the package had the price $3.49

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff assumed I was drunk and mistakenly gave me change for a $5 bill, even though I had handed them a $10. When I brought this to their attention, they denied it completely. I would advise being cautious of the Korean man working the cashier during late-night hours.
