Sandown Pizza Restaurant - City of Knox

The pizza is average. The restaurant has changed owners many times and the pizza quality has never been great, to be honest. However, the restaurant has a lot of potential. It would benefit from more investment and a name change.

Unfortunately, this pizza restaurant has closed down, changed ownership, and had a disappointing experience. The new owners used cheap ingredients and frequently ran out of pasta and lasagna. The previous owners, a great group of young guys, are sorely missed. It's a shame they're no longer around.

The pizza at this restaurant was awful and the owner was unprofessional and rude. The place was not clean either. The pizza had cheap ham and average ingredients. It was so bad that even my dog wouldn't eat it.

These pizzas are the worst thing I've ever tried. Decided to give them an attempt to get a new menu that says under new management, should stick with my normal pizza link. During the night at 7 p.m. they ran out of the chicken so that a...other topping had to choose. They called me about 30 minutes later and said they were flat because they would also run out of pineapple. I had to change my order again. Now I hear warning bells. The pizza was delivered and the first thing I noticed was that they were all stuffed together (big pizza placed in a family pizza box), they obviously had too much space to slide around. Secondly, the cheese they used looked like it came from a delicious cheese package from the milk bar next door. Thirdly, there were hardly any blows. Finally, my first bite tasted like an old cardboard. Absolutely terrible. Throw the pizza out and call my normal local, trusted pizza joint. Will never order from Sandown again!
