Paradise Road - City of Knox

Food is fantastic, reasonably priced and great portions. We had our work xmas party there and the staff were very accommodating to our needs, the service was impeccable! It's a very relaxed and friendly environment, if you want great Thai food you will find it here.

This is one of our the favourite place for Thai food in Melbourne. Other than the food been perfect, I would like to bring thank and appreciate the customer service of one particular person. We were there for dinner last night (28/10/16). She is the smallest person with the biggest personality(apologise for not remembering her name). Although my order was mixed up, she had no hesitation to take back my dish and deliver what I want. I did not have to argue or get angry because of the way she handled it. This is a good example to all the young people who work there, KEEP YOU CUSTOMERS HAPPY. I have no hesitation to go there when ever we feel like having Thai food or to recommend to our friends.

We went there for a mothers day dinner. Considering they were extremely busy. Staff and service were amazing. Friendly, fast and efficient. We ordered our food. And we were so happy with the taste. We will be returning. Can't wait for our next celebration.

Such a yummy meal. Always a good reliable delicious meal. Great service friendly staff. The only thing wrong with it, is it's not close to my house. Thank you
