Grill'd - City of Knox

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the service is quick. I really enjoy coming here, especially when I can sit outdoors on a nice evening. It's a convenient and pleasant dining experience.

During our visit to this restaurant, we decided to try a salad, but were disappointed by the quality of the produce. The lettuce was not fresh and was not up to our expectations. When lettuce makes up 80% of your meal, it is important that it is not of poor quality.

The restaurant is still offering takeout and delivery services. During our recent order, we had our burgers delivered. We must say that the quality of delivery has greatly improved since the restrictions were put in place. We ordered the Simon Says and Sweet Chilli Chicken burgers, both of which arrived fresh and delicious. The only minor issue was that one burger had a slightly soggy bun due to delivery.

We came here for lunch, we had a short wait to get a table, due to restrictions, no issue for us. We had the the Simon Says and Sweet Chilli Chicken burgers. Both came out very fresh and delicious. We had a little hiccup with our drinks being out of date, however this was rectified. The service was great and the staff dealt well with the pressure from customers, we over heard some people not wanting to wait or not being very understanding to the staff when they couldn’t get a table.

Still open for take away, great food, not soggy, just as good as eating in at the restaurant. We are trying to support all the local restaurants in this time. Thanks for a great lunch.
