The char siu is impressive—far from the typical flat, dry slices you often find. The noodles are nicely chewy. Overall, it's a great spot for ramen!
The ramen was decent—not the best I've had—but the broth was quite tasty. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. They only accept cash, and the customer service was poor. There were also some unsettling vibes that suggested potential bias against non-Asian customers.
Always enjoy eating at this place, but at some point the waiting time is ridiculous. Food taste good, friendly staff and remember: only CASH!
What a fantastic hidden gem! The broth is flavorful without being overly rich or salty. The noodles are always cooked to perfection—firm and chewy. A heads up for those with peanut allergies: steer clear of the fog soups. I had a reaction after mistakenly trying them, but it was worth it (and I have a serious peanut allergy, so that’s saying something). The Tonkotsu is incredible, especially if you opt for less salt (that's my personal preference, as it really allows the pork flavor to come through). Plus, you get a generous serving of extra noodles for just $2!
Prices are **** expensive (typical for a Ramen place), but the food is typically pretty good. The pork may or may not be perfect depending on the day and time you go. The cold noodle is delicious, but be sure to ask for sauce on the side and add as much as you want because otherwise it will be extremely salty.
