Subway - City of Batavia

Very friendly staff, always great subs, and not too busy, so it's quiet, which makes it nice to stay in and eat there.

Very unprofessional, they messed up my order, when I took the sub back to have it fixed they argued and told me that 's your problem not mine.. refused to give me my money back as

This order was terrible, usually I don’t have a problem here but tonight sealed it.Our order was wrong on both subs. One sub Barely had any chicken and had no bacon.. it was their chicken bacon ranch sub …Kicker is when I called to dispute, they were arguing with me about the subs. Not even offer to redo the subs and etc.No costumer service and when asked to speak with a manager they told me I could speak with one on Monday…… This subway lost my business.

My daughter and I ordered 2 subs tonight.Both our bread were burnt so bad that that's all you could taste .Normally we use the ones on West Main St and they are awesome.I will never go back to this one.

DONT. EAT. HERE. I went and ordered to go and they added a tip to my card without my knowledge! $4.50! Ridiculous! Only go here if you want to be stolen from!
