Dunkin' Donuts - Batavia

Dunkin' Donuts is always good, and the staff here are always very friendly, making me feel like the rest of my day will be better.

This location is the reason I will never go to *any* Dunkin Donuts location ever again.When I woke up on the morning of March 16, 2023, all I wanted more than anything in the world was a corn muffin. After I got off of work around 3:30 p.m. my boyfriend and I went in search of one.I stopped at two different bakeries no luck. I decided, as one last Hail Mary, to check out the Dunkin Donuts in Batavia. I didn 't know if Dunkin Donuts even *had* corn muffins, but I figured I 'd find out when I got there.At Dunkin ' Donuts, I asked the cashier, a skinny white boy (late teens to early twenties, probably), for a corn muffin. He packaged a muffin and rang me up without a word. Success! My boyfriend also got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant.I paid for our order, and then the cashier handed me a paper bag. I looked inside. It wasn 't a corn muffin. Excuse me? I said. This looks like a carrot cake muffin, not a corn muffin. Oh, we 've never sold corn muffins, he said. I just assumed you meant to order a carrot cake muffin. HUH?It would have taken that cashier all of five seconds to clarify my meaning and say, We don 't sell corn muffins, can I offer you something else? Instead, he had me pay for a product the store didn 't even sell.I said, Well, I didn 't mean to order a carrot cake muffin. I don 't want this. Okay, relax! he said, raising his voice as though I were the one who had wronged *him*. I 'll get you something else. I don 't want something else. So, you just want your money back? At this point, I was done wasting my time. I grabbed my boyfriend 's order, dumped the carrot cake muffin in the garbage, and walked out. I didn 't realize until I got in my car that my boyfriend 's order had been made with bacon instead of sausage! Way to rub salt into the wound.I used to go to Dunkin Donuts at least once a week. Well, it 's been nearly three months since this happened, and I haven 't been to any Dunkin Donuts location anywhere, nor will I be for the rest of my life. A brand that hires thoughtless people who bear no attention to detail and don 't care about the buyer does not deserve my hard earned money.I 'll go to Starbucks instead.

Absolutely amazing service! I have never been to a Dunkin that was more efficiently run than this one. In and out with 4 drinks in less than a minute, which included ordering! Perfect quick stop on our trip home!

Location is a bit cramped and has limited seating but the staff is very friendly and the service is quick, which makes up for it.

Got a mobile order and it was perfect and on time. Good job!
