This Wendy's is incredibly disappointing. I ordered breakfast before 10:30, but ended up waiting about 15 minutes to reach the payment window. By the time I got there, it was 10:32, and the employee took my credit card only to inform me that breakfast had ended and they wouldn't be fulfilling my order. Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

When I received my food, it was cold. The restrooms were in a terrible state, with a toilet that wouldn’t flush and a sink that didn’t drain properly. I will never be returning to this place. It seemed like the staff were more focused on their phones and chatting with each other rather than providing even a basic level of customer service. Better than the Colerain location...well...ANY Wendy's location is better than Colerain...which should be bulldozed immediately!
