Taco Bell - Cincinnati

This place is one of the worst, most terrible taco bells in the country. After they sit through twenty minutes in the drive, they tell them they have to go to the lobby. wether they are a delivery driver or a regular customer and then they have locked the lobby doors and everyone is lined out, either on their deliveries or just to order. after probably five to ten minutes, the employee comes with a clip board and takes the information of people and then goes back inside and lets everyone wait outside until they are ready to bring out something from the food. their attitudes are terrible and give the people of color priority. delivery rubers should remain away from this business

This place is an absolute sweat. they open their doors whenever they want to close their doors whenever they want. they only have a look into the public whenever they want. they don't even know how to make a taco right that I worked for taco bell, so I know how tacos are made and she wanted to argue with me that she doesn't make my taco right. it was ridiculous that I love taco bell and I want to come back, but this place I will never be again until they manage and introduce a whole new handbag of workers.

Don't waste your time here. I usually don't write any scathing reviews, but this place was consistently terrible. they risk when they go there before midnight. their sign says they are open until 4 o'clock, but the employees dictate their own hours and rarely take up. it has happened several times, where I went through the drive thru and they say that they do not command, although the workers are standing around, to do nothing. I just gave up, back to this place, which is a scandal, and I wouldn't waste her time here. the manager and employees are paid to do nothing that will steal from the company in the round. if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. this place was decent in front of the pandemic, but since then strongly declined.

One of the more consistent restaurants when it comes to having bad customer service. Nearly every time I come here, something is wrong and I’m left waiting much longer than I should ever have to. I live close so it’s convenient to swing by, but the service is anything but.

I’ve been sitting in this spot for 20+ minutes, I ordered 2 cheese quesadilla’s and a baja blast. the workers here just talk and sit around. this isn’t a fast food experience it’s awful.
