Surprised positively by authentic flavors ... a lard that melted in the mouth, the tomines with the sublime bacon and then space salami tartare of tasty lonza and risotto with agnolotti asparagus and pig and much more skill seasoned by the kindness and sympathy of the owner... to definitely return. I recommend to all those looking for authentic flavors
After 9 years of our last fate, we remembered the location and the fact that we had also had a good time and... Why didn't we come back?! Sometimes mistakes are made. However, as from expectations, we ate strange, all very good and the service very but very appreciated. You must return.
A real rarity! Great food, abundant portions and so much sympathy! We finally tasted the Piedmontese cuisine and decidedly conquered us: the wetcauda was as good as the panissa and all the other specialties! All genuine and very pleasant, congratulations to the cook! Mr. Piero and his son-in-law are 2 exquisite people, very kind and capable in their work, made us feel at home. Thank you so much! !
We returned to Piero after 3 years....especially after break Covid We ate as usual well and all genuine stuff that these days is rare. The availability is Piero's sympathy completes everything. And so, with a sugary one pulls the other, we ended up with the promise that next round will make us eat the PANISSA. we highly recommend this farm!!!! Opening Saturday and Sunday at lunch, but if you need some themed evenings, they are available. Thanks x the nice lunch ... hello Piero to the next!!!!
Great food. Courtesy and courtesy. Very clean premises. The portions are abundant. Price: right ratio between quantity, quality and goodness
