This location is so slow i was the only one in line and I wasted my whole lunch and didn't even get to eat!

The young man working alone on October 2nd did an outstanding job. However, I’m giving one star because two women came in, took money from the register, and didn't bother to ask their colleague if he needed any help. That was very rude of them. After we placed our order, the line only grew longer. He definitely deserves a raise, while those two women should be ashamed of their behavior. I've never seen one person make sandwiches for 14 customers in just 30 minutes!

The customer service was excellent! I had some issues with the app, and they did everything they could to assist me. Thank you so much, Magali! I hope you see this review.

It seems that even with online ordering at 11 PM, there’s still a wait when you arrive to pick up your order. What’s the point of “skipping the line” if I’m still being overlooked for someone who’s still placing their order? There was another staff member who could have assisted, but they were nowhere to be found in the back.

We visited yesterday and received exceptional customer service! I didn’t catch the young man’s name, but he was incredibly sweet and fulfilled every request I made, even cutting my 6-inch sandwich into two pieces, lol.
