Krispy Kreme - Chula Vista

The absolute worst customer service. I asked for 1.5 dozens, an asian lady assisted and she failed to tell me the half dozen is charged by individual donut. When I noticed she was charging each donut I asked her and she told me. Instead of explaining SINCE THE BEGINNING that they don’t offer half a dozen and its better to get two dozens. She was slow, rude and overall just made everything a terrible experience. I hope no one is served by her since she obviously doesn’t care about quality service.

Love their Donuts, great services too, has so many options to choose, and come here at night so i can have donuts at night!!!!

Store needs to change the advertised hours of operation. Came in at 935 pm and employee said “we are open to make drinks only. Can’t sell you any doughnuts” they were already mopping and cleaning up and turned me away. They shouldn’t falsely advertise closing at 10 pm when they turn away customers at 935.

Came in with my granddaughter today to pick up some mini pink donuts.. and of course she saw the small pink sprinkle donut tee and had to have one.. they literally looked everywhere to finally find us one.. They went above and beyond to make a soon to be 4 year old extremely happy. Thank you for that extra care..

NOT GREAT AT ALL!!! Vacationing from the South, and having experienced “original” Krispy Kreme donuts from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, I found that there was NOTHING extra-ordinary about these donuts from this shop! Believe me…. I am a connoisseur of Krispy Kreme donuts! For you people that do not know, Krispy Kreme donuts are to “melt” in your mouth as you silently scream about the “goodness” your taste buds are experiencing. The ones I purchased from this shop are no better than regular “gas station” donuts.
