I do not mind the place... But the beer is not what I would expect from Belgian beer.... Not so many people either... It's a nice place to hang out sometimes but, both times I went here, I felt living in an empty town...

Very disappointing meal. We have been there often and enjoyed it but this time we didn't. They had run out of cherry beer which I love, so I ordered a raspberry beer instead only to be told they didn't have that either. I did enjoy the salt and pepper squid, but the rest of the meal was very average. Our party of four felt we could give it a miss for a while

This unique spot in Christchurch offers European beers at reasonable prices in a fun atmosphere! The tasting of four Belgian beers ($15) left me wanting more, that's for sure! I also tried the clam plate ($50), which featured 31 mussels cooked with three different amazing flavors. The Belgian fries with a delicious aioli-like sauce were irresistible. The service was friendly and prompt. I’ll definitely be back!

What a beautiful hidden gem! The beer selection is fantastic, and the crispy mussels were absolutely delightful. They were crispy, golden, hot, fresh, and beautifully presented.

Meal before movie. Great salad. Fresh, crisp and flavoursome. Serve of fries. Good service on the night. Missed having a cocktail.
