Contribuiți la feedbackWe discovered this restaurant by reading the trail guides around Chiusa. We had dinner twice Excellent South Tyrolean cuisine and Great Pizza Great friendliness by All
We stayed for a few days on the occasion of the Christmas markets with our child of 8 years. Simple but very welcoming structure. Very clean room, new bathroom with shower toilet and bidet. Good and varied dinner every evening, good breakfast both salty and sweet. The property is located above The town of Chiusa and is a great starting point to visit the area (Bressanone is about 15 minutes away). We will definitely return to this property. Quiet location immersed in the green of the valley, offers moments of relaxation Simple structure, but with clean rooms and equipped with essential services. Good dinner based on local specialties, excellent homemade pasta with mushrooms like dark ravioli Breakfast discreet.
I repeat my review after 4 years, as the quality of this place is improved even more. In addition to having renovated the building now very beautiful externally (at the interior regarding the restaurant no changes were made). The dishes served are always very good and surprise we ate two dishes with pear flour, because they have resumed an ancient custom, perfectly explained on explanatory panels on the chestnut walk, to dry the pears and make them flour. We ate excellent ravioli with this flour filled with cheese and a rolled dessert with an ice cream of this specialty. Bravo!
We stayed there, me and my partner, during the Immaculate Bridge (from 7 to 10 December), with half board service. After reading several positive reviews about cleaning and excellent food served, you decided to try and book this hotel strategically in order to visit the various Christmas markets. As for the cleaning of the room I would say well but not very well: apparently clean, there are small details such as the powder deposited for weeks on the frame of the picture and on the satellite television/decoder, as well as under the bed. In reference to the vitto, eat for the three nights in which we stayed respectively: pumpkin soup with pizzaiola scaloppines, tomato paste and tuna with scaloppines to Milan and rice to the pine mugo with hulls to the ferries I would say that it was not very gratifying and did not correspond to the idea that we had done, even in relation to the dishes that we saw coming to the customers of the only restaurant. The breakfast is excellent and abundant, both sweet and salty. Obviously the bathroom (wc) was outside the room and in common with the other adventurs, although I must say that it was kept clean, the shower and the sink instead were inside the room. It should be emphasized the availability and kindness of the owner of the hotel.
