Cafe Republica - Chirnside Park

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, located off the beaten path but well worth the visit. Despite it being a quiet night, the service was excellent. The food was fantastic, with my wife enjoying the fresh and delicious Scaloppine, and I opted for the whole flounder with butter sage sauce and Italian vegetables. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the meal. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I have dined at this restaurant several times, usually for dinner but also for lunch. I have gone with friends and with my family on two occasions. Some of us have dietary restrictions, but the staff has always been able to accommodate us. I have been very pleased with the meals each time. I highly recommend the calamari and steak.

Cafe Republica is newly opened and currently not very well advertised, so is largely unknown to our circle of friends etc. My wife and I dined here on 21 Feb '15. We wanted to try somewhere new and were pleased that we chose this establishment....I chose the fillet steak and my wife had the chicken scallopini (special). We were very pleased with our choices. We also enjoyed our desserts. Vicky, the manager, was very nice and attentive, as was the waitress. We wish Cafe Republica all the very best for the future. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.

I have to say this is one of the best nights we've had for a long time. it was our 41th year. I wouldn't have a hesitant statement about this best thing I've had for a long time. I would recommend that to anyone who loves to eat good. the prices were with many restaurants around. the service was incredible. that was a great experience, food service, I would go back tomorrow.

I visited this restaurant with some friends two weeks ago and was impressed with the beautifully presented and delicious meals! The menu is not very extensive, but we were still able to find enough variety to satisfy even my picky palate. The wine list is a bit limited, but we were able to find a red that paired well with our meal. The service was not super fast, especially when the restaurant was busy, but we found it to be adequate for the occasion. We will definitely be returning based on this positive experience. The staff was very friendly, which is a rarity in many restaurants.
