The Groove Train Chirnside Park

Last night, I placed a dinner order before 7:30 PM and used a delivery service. I was informed that my order would arrive by 8:30 PM. However, at 8:18 PM, I received a text and a phone message from the delivery service stating that my order had been canceled, and that the restaurant would call me directly. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told that the kitchen was closed and all orders had been canceled. They hadn't informed the delivery service to stop the orders, which was very upsetting, especially since it was my first time ordering from this restaurant. Given the high prices, I expected better customer care. Unfortunately, it was too late to place an order with another restaurant. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I've dined here a few times for both dinner and breakfast, and I must say, the service is excellent. Adam and his team are very friendly, and the meals are outstanding. It's definitely one of our favorite places!

Groove Train consistently offers great meals. I opted for the Parma special, which was huge—definitely enough for two people! It was very delicious. Overall, I would rate the food 5/5, the service 4/5, and the atmosphere 4/5. Highly recommended!
