The Most wonderful and charming staff, the nicest people in the world. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the brand. The Cleanest restaurant in Chipley, Florida.

Customer service was great! I appreciate upbeat personality and friendly smiles. The employees worked diligently and efficiently to complete our order. The quality of the food tasted good. I miss the flavored wraps and I hope Subway will bring back the sun dried tomato wrap soon!

Great staff but understaffed. Our online order was made at the counter after waiting for 3 customer sets. The space is nice except the ceiling was not replaced filthy registers, old ceiling tiles, yellow old lighting. Three split systems were installed instead of fixing the building hvac. Bathroom was eh...

This subway is the best. The lovely ladies are always so nice and make the best sandwiches. I always have the best experience aside from today but I’m not going to let the scaled rating effect that too much. As I said the ladies are always wonderful so I’m here to give them credit. But there was a young man working today 1:45pm (12/10/21) who greeted me when I walked in but I unfortunately did not hear him between other customers talking and being hard of hearing. Once I got to the pick up station (which is right next to the counter) where I heard him huff loudly as he turned around and say, “I’m really gonna have to get use to rude customers not saying hello back, I’m really gonna have to get use to that. “... so as I was making my drink I turned back to him and said I’m sorry I didn’t hear you buddy when I first walked in but I deff heard what you just said behind that counter. We all have those days, but you don’t take that out on the customer. I hope my review can spark some training for him. If it wasn’t for the super nice ladies working there this would be my last visit.
