Wingstop - Chino Hills

Here’s my honest review: I had a generally good experience at Wingstop. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because of the excellent customer service; the cashier was very kind. The wings and fries were served hot and well-seasoned. The reason I deducted a star is that the TVs weren’t on, which made the atmosphere feel a bit lifeless. Additionally, the drinks had a strange aftertaste, suggesting that the machines or nozzles might need cleaning. The bathrooms also lacked soap, although there was hand sanitizer available. Overall, it was a fairly decent visit to Wingstop.

The food and service here are excellent. The managers, Fred and Jesus, are very friendly and professional. I’ve never encountered any issues with the staff, although I can’t recall all their names; I can assure you that every employee is fantastic. The 60-cent boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays initially drew me in, and the delicious food and exceptional customer service have kept me coming back. My favorite flavors are the lemon pepper and Louisiana rub.

I called to place an order on July 22nd at 8:22 PM. Initially, there was no response, and when they finally answered, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes without any background noise or indication that they were busy. Frustrated, I hung up and tried calling again, but still no one answered! This experience was terrible.
