Seabest Seafood Market - Chincoteague

Large crabs on the island! call them early when in season preorder their crabs for the day. we called when they were opened at 11 o'clock to get crabs to dinner. they will be crumbling and garnel. the season is not difficult what the children like. Crabs might have been cleaned somewhat better, but can not beat the price or service. it is only a market; there are no seats. we have taken back to our airbnb to eat. warning: they don't take credit cards.

Had a dozen crabs...legs were dried out...looked old...meat was rubber in some legs...wasted my money..some were meaty...wont be back

I have bought seafood from Seabest on Chincoteague for 20 years and always get fresh stuff. Always! ... Family owned business that stands by their products.

Always stop by when visiting Chincoteague. We purchased some bunker and squid for bait. The lady behind the counter is always so nice. We visited a few seafood places and this location had the best price on fresh scallops so we returned to purchase a pound of scallops and some cocktail sauce. The scallops were amazing! This is a must stop spot for fresh seafood. It is not really a restaurant but I do believe they have some take out food. It is more of a seafood store but the (sea)BEST!

The people at Seabest are the nicest people ever! They truly made my 7 yr old son’s day. Steamed crabs are amazing! Thank you guys!!
