Vermilion - Chicago

It was my first time coming to Vermillion, and definitely not the last. The bartender and the drinks he made were fantastic. I got the Mango Mint Mojito, and it was packed with flavour. The butter chicken was also fantastic. I ordered garlic naan with thebutter chicken, and together makes a dish whole. Would come again next time I am in Chicago again.

Came on a Saturday night and experienced incredible service for a meal bursting with flavor. We sat at the bar and Jake took excellent care of us, as well as all of the staff. Favorite dish was the ?Kale Bleh Chaat? and favorite drink was the ?LSD?. Please stop at this eclectic Indian fusion spot, you won?t regret it!

Great variety of flavors and new tastes we experienced. The skirt steak was absolutely fantastic, filled with flavor and very tender. The May India AAPI Celebration course was great, highlighted by the buttered chicken, and complimented by amazing panipuri and the dessert!

Amazing!!! The bartender/waiter was amazing. He was patient and helped me ordered a tasty drink. His recommendation, Crisp chili fried chicken 365 was fire ???? ????????I love it!! If you don?t eat spice don?t go there unless you want to try something new.Overall great experience!! I?m from #Philly visiting for couple of days and this is the first restaurant I?ve ate at. I give it4stars my because there?s not much option. I?m African and prefers a bit more options with sauces. The ambiance is chill. Nottoo serious.

Seemed a bit expensive but pretty typical for the location/neighborhood. Food and service was pretty good the butter paneer and naan were our favorites. We had a waiter in training and he needed some help, but that?s to be expected as well. The drinkswere really nice and they had a lot of fun options. We went later on a Tuesday night, so it wasn?t too busy.
