Open Outcry - Chicago

Not a big beer guy but I have been meaning to try Open Outcey since it opened. One word......fantastic!! I had a blonde ale that tasted great. We ordered the pretzels to start. The Gouda cheese saice was smokey and flavorful. Pesto added to the flavor of the not too salty pretzel. Last dipping sauce was locally sourced honey. Wow! Now on to the burger. Cheese curds homemade bbq sauce on top of a great burger between a brioche bun. The flavors mixed so well. My wife has celiac and the serve a great gluten free pizza. We will be back.

Open Outcry is the best thing to come to the south side in a decade. First off, the customer service and atmosphere is so good, it feel like home. The beer is top notch and the food is unbelievably delicious. The loaded fries and the Chi-town pizza our my current favorites. As far as beer, they have such a great variety and they are always switching it up. And the New England IPA will knock your Aunt Conney's socks off! You can all take a giant can on the go. Like a growler, but even cooler! It is a such a gem on Western. It is bringing a new life to the neighborhood. And I hear that they may have a roof top garden coming?!?! Unreal! In less than a year, it has already become a staple. Thank you Open Outcry for reviving the neighborhood. Looking forward to many years of fun and many beers of happiness. THANK YOU and CHEERS!!!!

This place is a great addition to Beverly and the south side. Awesome ambiance and delicious beers. The owner is an super cool and always makes time to talk beer when I stop in. These guys are helping to elevate the craft beer scene in Chicago. 5 Stars.

Stopped in Sunday afternoon. Just beautiful inside. Hubby and I had a delish lunch; he a burger, me the fire roasted caprese.. delish. Our waitress Sydney terrific. Beer so good and cold. Congrats to Jon and employees this place top notch. We will be back

Love this neighborhood bar/pizza place ,,,,, not really into beer but friends are and they love the craft beer ,,,,, John is great and always attentive to his guests ! Cheers
