Rude, charges for every single thing..down to the whip cream for drinks that are supposed to come with it.. then didn't give it to me after paying for it.. and had the nerve to look at my drink like it was a issue. If you don't like a job then do thecustomers a favor and get another job. No personality just rude.. make no sense to me..

Stole $5 from me. I paid for a drink, then the person looked in the back, said they didn't have what I had ordered, and since there was no manager on staff they couldn't issue a refund. Go to a real coffee shop instead.

Sometimes the lines are long because they only have 1 person taking and making orders but the staff is nice and the food nice and hot.

I go to this location every morning (it's the only one I like and I've been to many) and ever staff member from the manager down know what I come for, what's even better is they have my beverage made before I get to the counter and pay, and it's always spoton. Every one has been pleasant to me and others even you can tell the staff member is fatigued. I've been there to observetheir interactions with other customers and the never falter. So if anyone said they were rude that person was being overlysensitive or was looking to complain about something and they chose them

They got my order right at 5am??
