Super Franc - Chicago

I had made a reservation, only to discover upon arriving at the restaurant that it was closed.

I had made a reservation, but upon arriving at the restaurant, I found it to be closed. The hotel staff kindly called the restaurant for me, only to be informed that it would not be opening that day. I was disappointed that I did not receive a call notifying me that my reservation would not be honored. Additionally, nobody from the restaurant made an effort to meet me at the hotel. Overall, I was not pleased with the experience.

The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant are reminiscent of a family dinner. We dined here while waiting for our igloo to become available on the rooftop. The food was average, the service was slow, and the overall ambiance did not match the hotel or rooftop setting.

The service was great, we sat fast and the ambience was great. I wish the drinks were stronger, but they were still good.
