Manhattan Bagel - Chesterbrook

This restaurant is a convenient and affordable spot to grab a bagel and coffee. Both were delicious, and the service was quick (customers can serve their own coffee from a selection of carafes). It's located in a convenient spot between my hotel and the airport route, and I would definitely visit again.

This restaurant is fast and efficient. The bagels are always fresh and well-made. I frequently visit with my son and am consistently impressed by the clean and friendly atmosphere.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I went on Sunday at 12:45, when they closed at 2 o'clock. After ordering, the employee came from behind the counter and took my cup, telling me I needed to fill it with the iced coffee I had just bought because he was closing for the day. He then took all the creamers without asking me if I needed any. He proceeded to pour all the remaining coffees in the sink over an hour before closing time. I was shocked and speechless, as it was still over an hour before closing. He then expressed his desire to go home and closed the store, despite my lack of reaction. When I received my bagel sandwich, it contained very little egg and bacon (I had ordered bacon and cheese on a bagel). Overall, I would not recommend returning to this restaurant as it was a horrible experience and a waste of money.

It is a clean and clean little outposter of this franchise. I had turkey on a whole bagel and it was fresh and good. The woman who took my order was polite and friendly.

I was in the mood this morning for a nova lox bagel... then I wondered why in the hell this place has 2.6 stars it 's Manhattan Bagel .. reminded me that I was there a couple months ago ..I ordered online..so when I got to the store my order wasn 't even ready and there was a few people in line. So I stood there for 10 minutes. Then my order was finally ready.. I got to my car and opened the bag and realized there was no lox or the other add ins that come with.. just a plain cream cheese bagel. So I went back in to the store and wondered why did i spend $13 for this? Clearly shows on receipt what I actually ordered. So I just stood there again waiting for another 10 minutes while they slapped a bit of salmon on there and handed back to me. That 's why I never went back there again. Guess I 'll just go to wawa for 2 sizzlis for $4 instead.
