E Lounge - Chesterbrook

It could be such a great place to stay if. a) it would not have questionable cleanliness (2 wash clothes had small particles of black hair in it, top leaves and some pillow cases had suspicious spots, we had to ask for clean and change them themselves. the windows were absolutely dirty and even though we could open them, but without the net screen so bugs and ants were in the position to get into the room and I caught some of them even before opening). b) the biggest disappointment was the pool (although it is open, but not improved all) the floor was dirty, a type of black pieces floated on the surface of the water that was not at all warm, 0 furniture and towels on the website. Although the reception manager was beautiful and welcoming, we were totally misleading from him about the condition of the pool and we have just changed our time in the bathroom. c) from outside areas to everywhere in the hotel we felt as urgent a renovation or at least a deep cleaning and maintenance. some positive about this hotel: well packed breakfast, comfortable mattresses, kisses and comforters, and beautiful wilson farm park close by.

The advantage of this location is the 2 bedroom floor plan. I was told that my room was freshly renovated. I find it hard to believe. a few minors like missing cat and the ventilation cover said differently. the building had no functioning ice machine. the COVID-19 restricted breakfast options were disappointing for the embassy suites. the personal of the recipe was very nice. I would return now, as I am sure what to expect.

Not recommend this hotel, because I have something against this hotel / hotel, but because of the amount that the hotel had occupied. the staff at the reception ensured that the check-in was smooth, but the amount that remained in the hotel was quite inconspicuous/noisy. we had few children, families screamed and weep late in the night. my stay was also with my family of 2kids, but certainly not as unruly/noisy as some others in the hotel. the breakfast was served in a packaged box (turn off for me honorary member, generous suite lovers), it not only for us, everyone who stayed there, got a package / box to breakfast, so no complaining there. the staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly, even helped us to clean the floor when we had a small accident, spilled with something coffee. we noticed that there were 4-5 politicists in 2-3 cars trying to settle a civilian disorder b/w some inmates. it was time for us to check peacefully!

The service and the hotel as a whole was wonderful, that was the best botschaft suiten I ever stayed with me, I guess traveling a little further to the dinge they want is worth it because the hotel was beautiful and I enjoyed myself.

The amenities are spot on and clean Because of Covid a lot of the hotels are canceling all amenities but this hotel has the sanitizing and cleanliness under control with minimal contact during breakfast,check-in and rooms
